Decreases anxiety

Reduction in Cholesterol

Meditation helps us in many ways. Meditation helps us to improve confidence, self control and concentration. It can improve memory and power can work effectively. It reduces stress and relaxes the nervous system. It reduces the aging process. Should be performed regularly change and improve their lives.

- Mediation is really good for smokers who want to quit from smokig. We can easily extract control over smoking
- We prevent our body from such disease like cancer , blood pressure , heart vessels etc.

Another advantage is that the child in meditation, alternative medicine is that you learn to concentrate better. Remember that meditation requires a lot of attention for which a person is in meditation, if the child has learned to meditate learn to concentrate better.
