1- It lowers oxygen consumption. 2- It decreases respiratory rate. 3- It increases blood flow and slows the heart rate. 4- Increases exercise tolerance. 5- Leads to a deeper level of physical relaxation. |

It reduces stress and relaxes the nervous system. It reduces the aging process. Should be performed regularly change and improve their lives.

Another advantage is that the child in meditation, alternative medicine is that you learn to concentrate better. Remember that meditation requires a lot of attention for which a person is in meditation, if the child has learned to meditate learn to concentrate better.
